What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard, bank deposits into our account, and money orders are accepted by mail.
How can I check my order status?
There are several ways to check on your order: Visit the My Account section of the web site (you may also click on the "My Account" tab on the top bar) and log-in using your email address and the password that you chose when you placed your order. You may also call or e-mail info@DanceShop.co.nz to check the status.

How long will postage take?
In stock items ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery averages 2-4 days.
Do you charge GST?
All our prices include GST. When making a purchase online the amount of GST included in the cost is indicated for your information – it is not added on to the advertised price as the advertised price already includes the GST.
What does it mean when an item is backordered?
We carry a large inventory. However, from time to time supplies of a certain size or style may run out temporarily. When we run out, we usually restock within just a couple of days. Sometimes an item may be backordered from the manufacturer for a longer period of time. When that happens we notify the customer immediately.
How do I know if the item I want to order is in stock?
Our website advertises only those items we have in stock, although not all sizes may be available. Usually we will indicate the available size range. If you order an item and it is not in stock we will get back to you within 24 hours. You may also call or e-mail to check stock.
I want to order, but I am not sure what size I need. What should I do?
We are always ready to assist you and are just a call or e-mail away. We have experience fitting all that we sell, and want to help you get the correct size the first time. For ballet shoe sizes first check out our Sizing page. When purchasing shoes, please click on the description before adding them to your cart. Most descriptions include fitting information.
I just placed an order, can I change it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. However, just let us know by phone or e-mail, and we can change it for you if it has not yet shipped.
